Adobe photoshop CS3 closes right after launching

So here’s my problem
When I tried to launch photoshop, it closes right after… within 2 secs
I’ve tried the ctrl + alt + shift method but nothing shows up. Also tried to delete the Adobe photoshop cs3 pref file but that didn’t work either
any suggestions?

The three finger method is dependant on timing, I find it easier to hold down the three keys, THEN start PS, if you get it right, you will get a dialogue box. (you did in CS/2 anyway) asking if you want to delete the prefs file.Maybe you have a "beta bug"
