Is possible to rename alot of files at once?
I would also like to change the file dates.

First question, yes : File / Batch Processing, look near the bottom of the dialog, rename…

I love it for all sorts of fast conversions.

It has an option for not saving the original file dates. I think it will put whatever date your computer says it is when you do a conversion. So change your computer date, then make a conversion and I think you’ll have new file dates.

I always save the conversions to new files in case something goes wrong. (It has an option to disallow overwriting of original files).
