First of all, "Help" is not a very good topic title. Something more descriptive might get you help faster.

Second, are the Filters actually not there, or are they grayed out? If the latter you are working in an image the filters aren’t compatible with, such as CMYK, 16 Bit, etc. Since you don’t say what version you are using or describe the problem more completely, I can’t answer any better.

A more specific topic listing would be useful in getting more responses (presumably everyone who posts a question does so becasue they need help) as would a few more details on your setup, version of PS, and what you mean exactly by aren’t showing up on the list, are they greyed out or have they disappeared, etc…

Ok thanks I figured it out. I was using 16 bit color instead of the usual 8.
