How will you make an iridescent effect with Photoshop CS3? Something similar to the make-up eyeshadow…

Flaming Pear’s SuperBladePro plug-in has and iridescence feature.

Are you using it for eyeshadow?

If you are I doubt any off the shelf plug-in will do the trick. You need to set your brush to a couple of pixels (depends on your rez) and add hundreds, thousands of minute highlights, maybe some shadows. You can set up a curve, dodge and burn, maybe add some soft light with high pass.
