Levels, Filters, bunch of others just stopped working

Hi–

A whole bunch of stuff has just stopped functioning in my PS CS3. I can add a levels adjustment later, that works fine, but not Levels itself. for example. Or any filters I can see. They open, but don’t do anything.

I have tried restarting the app, but that doesn’t do it…

if that works go back and trash your old PS preferences

Either that, or Jeffrey was not targeting a pixel layer. 🙂

Well– I have no idea what happened. I just started working on other stuff and then it suddenly started working again…
