I have the same problem w/ the flickering tools, i have os 10.5 at home on the new dual 2.8 imac, and when i use it at work on a PC running XP it does the same thing.
So my conclusion is that it has nothing to do w/ OS 10.5, But it’s a bug in Photoshop CS3, and I wonder if it’s not a compatibility between cs 3 and wacom tablets. Or any of you not using a tablet have this problem occuring?
What a pain in the a** this thing .. makes you waste time restarting (yes restart and not switching to other apps seems to make it more steady)
and then going on the web trying to find a solution..
I just try to update photoshop but still no update regarding this problem.
