We are a publishing company seeking photoshop professionals with high-end skills to undertake a large project for us requiring extensive understanding of layers and retouching generally.
Can anyone suggest good web sites to post our project – I have looked at elance.com but the level of work being posted is fairly simple, suggesting this is not the best place to find very highly skilled practitioners.
Any help most appreciated.
