When going through its initialization, PE2 stops when it is "loading memory…" and returns an error – "could not initialize PhotoShop Elements because of a program error".
I’ve used the program since it came out. This just cropped up. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times.
I run it on Win XP pro.
I’m stumped. Nothing has changed on the machine since it was working.
Anyone know of anything I might try?
