photoshop cs error PDFL50.dll ?????

I re installed my photo shop CS and when I open the Program I get This massage: This application has failed to start because PDFL50.dll was not found. Re installing the application may fix this problem. and when I click the ok button It showes the massage one more time then the program opens. How do I get ride of this massage??
