Hey,
So, I was installing some plugins, and when i got done, I restarted my computer. When I tried to open Photoshop 7, it came up with an error reading "The PHOTOSHOP.EXE file is linked to missing export ADVAP132.DLL:GetEffectiveRightsFromAcIA". I’ve unistalled it about 4 times and reinstalled it, but nothing changes. It’s very frustrating. Thanks for any help i can get!
