The following problem occurs when installing Photoshop Elements 1.0 on a laptop for which I do not presently have the specs.
"…AdobeWeb.dll is not a valid Windows image…"
This error message appears as soon as any file is opened, and forces shutdown of the Program.
I found references to this problem in earlier threads on this forum, but none with responses containing solutions.
