problem in ‘save for web’

Hi

I am using adobe photoshop 7.0,(windows 2000, 512 RAM).

I use the save for web option regularly. I also ckeck the ‘preview in Browser’. But for a couple of days when i am clicking on the preview in browser (I use internet explorer), the following message is displayed "Could not complete this operation because a file by this name already exists.".

I have even tried in the mozilla firefox.Please suggest as soon as possible.
