I was using my Wacom tablet to ink the lines of a drawing that I scanned in. At first everything was fine but then the top menu no longer functioned (this happened after the first few lines of the drawing were put down). I can’t save the file, close the file or close the program. The key board short cuts that I usually use to save the file don’t work either. I can still continue drawing but nothing can be saved once the top menu starts this error. Photoshop doesn’t crash but it takes forever for me to end the program the a soft reboot (ctrl+alt+delete).

Is there an update to fix this glitch? This problem hasn’t occured when I’ve used the Wacom for working with photographs and Web graphics. It just happened today.

Are the wacom pen or stylus on the tablet?

I’ve been playing around and the bug has something to do with the caps lock being on. I prefer the little cross hairs but I have no problem when the caps lock is not turned on. I will just have to use the default brush cursor.

Tracy check out the Display & cursor preferences, you ca set the crosshairs to be the default

That would be great. Thanks for the tip! I never thought about doing that.
