Browse in Photoshop CS2 VER9

For some reason having just Installed Photoshop, It won’t respond to the Browse command under file. Anyone any ideas why this might be happening?

Browse in CS9 uses Bridge I think, and can be a bit temperamental on systems with less than 1gig of RAM. There is also an update available for Bridge from the Adobe website that addresses some of its earlier problems.
