Photoshop CS2 (Upgrade) takes about 10 minutes to Open every time I start it. It uses 100% CPU the whole time. It’s after the splash screen goes away. It just hangs there for 10 minutes without even refreshing/painting the window at all (everything goes white). After the 10 minutes pass though it works fine. Until I close it and have to wait all over again next time I start it…
The best solution I could find online is disabling Font Preview, but that doesn’t work. My Memory Usage for Photoshop is set at 55% (499mb of 908mb). I don’t know what it could be. Anyone, PLEASE!!! It really makes me think twice about bothering to even touch up my work.
