CS is really slow on G4

I very recently ungraded to CS suite. Now Photoshop is running significantly slower.E.G. When using the browser, it takes a long time for the icons to appear full size and then when openting say at 80meg file it might take a minute or so.

This is with a G4 1.25 processor, appx 1200 megs of RAM, and 30 gigs of HDD available, 60 total.

Anyone have any suggestions?
