Cropping in PS ELements 2

When try to crop a photo, the crop outline will not allow me to expand (or contract) without canceling out and redoing – not always successful. Also the crop outline will ‘rotate’ as I attempt to resize. This wasn’t a problem in PS ELements

If you hit the clear button on the right hand side of the crop options you should get that control back. If you have width, height or resolution filled in you can not adjust as you wish. This is how it has worked for me, I could be mistaking.
