Open CALS files

Does anybody know a way to open files with the extension CAL? I would think that photoshop could open it. It’s just a B&W image. I need to open and modify some old archival drawings.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Assuming that is a cals raster format (there are about 15 file types with a .CAL extension), take a lok at:
