I applied the Diffuse Glow filter to a picture, and I liked the effect, but now when I try to do the same to the same pic it comes out all wrong – what am I doing wrong?
I am sure I did not do anything else to the picture before applying the filter, but it just keeps coming out wrong (I am also using the same settings as I did not change anything).

I am most probably being stoopid and missing something obvious!!!
