Hi,

I need help to compress my pictures. I imported the pictures from my digital camera. Each picture is about 400 KB. I want to send them through e-mail. Most e-mail accounts have a certain number of MB and I want to make them small enough to send out. How do I do that on Photoshop? I work on a MAC but I can take instructions from a PC. I have Photoshop on both computers.

In Photoshop use File > Save for web…

Alternatively, if you just want a drag and drop app which is a superb piece of software for compressing images into e-mail sizes…

Why not just compress them using Stuffit <http://www.stuffit.com/mac/index.html>? It can produce Zip files that can be decompressed with WinZip on the PC side without issues.
