I just installed PS 7.01 from the box, new.
Win XP Home
Pent 4
Cable-online connection
2 Gig memory
PS 7 Program installed 2nd external hard drive
I thought this would be a common problem, but was unable to locate any simular problems.
I had no problem registering automaticlly online, or any other connection to internet troubles. Can not update any of the programs with PS from help menu/update.
Getting this error message:
There is a problem connecting to Adobe online. Please check your network settings in the internet control panel.

By the way I am not on a "network", as the error message says to check this.
