Wrapping photo around a smooth corner

Hello Smarter than me.
Photoshop 5. Mac. Need to wrap an image around a curve.
Can’t seen to find the right filter, Any pointers.
How do I activate filters that are in my folder, but not in my pulldown/

Possible to do it using Distort>Shear. You’d have to rotate it 90° first. Polar Coordinates is another candidate. Not sure exactly the effect you want.

Plugins that are grayed out usually are those that don’t work in color modes other than RGB or depth other than 8 bit/channel. Change it in Image>Mode.
