Cofiguration Change asked me to uninstall

I have a paid for, licenced registered copy of CS. I was opening some olf tis today, some of which were incomplete but openeing none the less when I had a box appear saying this wasnt the licensed configuration, please uninstall!!!! I shut down and restarted CS and its working fine at present. I’m worried though that it may bomb out later while I’m in the middle of something. Any advice?
