Trying to Get Borderless Prints

Using a Canon S630 printer to print on paper (non-perforated) that exactly measures 6" x 4". The image to be printed is 4.5" x 6" (a necessary constraint imposed by Photoshop Elements 2.0). Resulting print displays borders of about .25" on 3 sides. How can I get a borderless print?
