How do I import new fonts?

Greetings all,
Can someone give me the step by step proceedure for importing new/additional fonts into Photoshop CS2.
I am using WIN XP PRO SP2.
Additional specs below:
eMachines D2266
MULTIMEDIA READER: 6 IN 1 W/COMPACT FLASH
Chassis:NEXGEN / CPU: P4 Northwood 3.06GHZ
HDD:60 GB / Power Supply:350 Watt
LAN:10/100 integrated / Modem:V.92 56K
MB:FIC VC37/1.3 Video: INTEGRATED
Memory 1024MB DDR RAM / CDRW: NEXGEN (48X)
WIN XP PRO SP2 *AVG *Spyware Doctor *Spybot S&D *Spyware Blaster *CWShredder *Hijackthis *CCleaner *ZoneAlarm

Start->Control Panel->Fonts

Then go to "File-Install New Font."

Of course, you may want to consider a font management program, but based on your question, I don’t think you need it.
