I am using Photoshop Elements 2. I am trying to create a customized layout. Four, four by four pictures on a page that is eight by eight.
I’m using the instructions on page 88 of the instruction manual. If I open a new file and then follow steps 1 through 3, I find places in the new window for the information required by these steps. However, when I get to step 4 there is no place to enter the location co-ordinates and sizes for the pictures.
I started by opening a new file under the file menu. Did I start at the right place?
