Is there a way to put an arrow on a digital photograph? I have Windows XP.

Nic,

I think there is one in Custom Shapes, not sure.

Nic,

PS, if so, just create a new blank layer above image and place it there. Can fine tune placement of arrow on that layer and should you later decide to print (or display) the image without the arrow, just make the arrow layer invisible.

Nic, Custom Shapes has something like 20 different arrows from which to choose; follow Nancy’s directions and you’ll have what you want!

Thanks to you both. I needed a little trial and error but I’ve got it now.

Nic,

You can also select the ‘line’ in custom shapes. Then flip out the menu on the overhead options bar and you will see ‘arrowheads’. From there, experiment to get a size you like.
