Which Color Profile for Video Use

I did a system reinstall this weekend and now when I open snapshots from my video in Photoshop, all my caps are very dark. I forget the color profile I need to select in PS for video. Anyone have a clue which color profile I need to select?

NTSC or PAL/SECAM, depending on whether it’s for US/Japan or Europe, respectively; dunno about elsewhere.

For some reason when I go into my preferences, I dont see the NTSC color profile listed. Am I blind or am I not looking in the right place?
