If I click on PHotoshop and progress bar comes up saying "importing clipboard’ few couple minutes, what does it mean? what did I do?

It means you had something on the Windows clipboard, and Photoshop is trying to figure out what it is and how to deal with it should you choose to paste it.

that sounds like it, I just don’t do much copying in PS, unless other stuff I’m doing is perceived as copying and I’m not aware of it. thanks.
