nt profile causes photoshop to crash

Hi,

I have user who’s profile is causing PS to crash.

If a different user logs on to the machine there is no problem.

Conversely, if the user in question logs on to a different machine, PS crashes there too.

I have created a new profile and for 4 weeks, all was great, and then all of a sudden the problem comes back.

HELP PLEASE!!!

basic question everyone forgets:

Did you reset preferences?
I’ve seen this happen with network loaded prefs for limited users who changed their scratch disk to an alternate drive.
PS will crash if the user doesn’t have full control for the scratch drive. Using the startup as the scratch will bypass this issue.
