I have a couple of jpeg files that have black rectangles obscuring some information that I now want to remove. When I view these files in windows explorer using the thumbnail view I can see what is under the rectangles but I cannot make out what it is as the image is too small. However, I have not been able to find a way of opening the jpeg so that I can see that information, the black rectangle always shows up.
Obviously the information is there so does anyone know how I can get it back again? i.e. remove the black rectangle
Thanks,
Paul.
