Hi, I’m trying to finish off my images (for a gallery) with a nice thin black border.

I go about this using the following menus –

Select > All

Modify > Border

then I choose my border to be one pixel wide (that is the minimum allowed)

But the resulting black border always looks too wide/big. I want a nice thin edge to my images.

Anyone know how to achieve this?

Thanks for any tips.

I am using Photoshop 7, and don’t have any Edid> Stroke submenus (that I can see)

On the top row is "Edit", then in that menu just below "Fill" is "Stroke"

Sorry i’m a bit slow on the uptake re technical aspects. I have got it to work now.

Thanks again and best wishes for Xmas.
