blurry text when saved as jpeg

alright i need some help badly. ive tried searching through the databases but not much luck. i created a flyer in PS 7 with WINXP and then saved it as a jpeg. when i go to look at the jpeg the text is blurry. its nice and crisp when looking at it in PS. whats going wrong? any help would b greatly appreciated, thanks.

I suspect what you are seeing are jpg artifacts which are caused by compressing the image to much. What level of jpg compression did you use?

Why did you save it as a JPEG?
Did you keep the PSD file too?

What ppi is the image? The higher the ppi the better the text will appear
