For the 100th time this week….
assuming you have a licensed copy, you may have a keyboard driver issue. If you have a Logitech keyboard, contact their tech support for a new driver.
if not, try Adobe.

If you have a beta or dubious copy, you are out of luck. Buy a license and get tech support.

Yes! First they consult the vendor of their keyboard software. Usually they learn that either their drivers are bad, more likely they learn that they have to get a legal, licensed version of CS.
