I hate good bye posts – I do…but

In the years that I have been here I have come to think of you as a sort

dysfunctional family of sorts.

I have been here through a lot …births and deaths, war and peace. The world trade center. flame wars.

I have made a lot of friends…very few enemies. Some of you I actually care about alot. A few I have lost touch with and wish I hadn’t. I am

So – I guess this is my goodbye. I post because when my harddrive died I lost my addresses – so I have no way to get ahold of any of you outside of here. I hope that those of you that I did talk to outside the newsgroup will drop me an e-mail…I will miss you.

A) You are moving to another planet where there is no Internet?
B) You are fed up with this place?
C) You decided to cut your budget, and Internet has to go?
D) You lost both arms and typing with a pencil in your mouth is just too
slow?
E) All or none of the above.

I’m not a regular here, I just find it a useful resource. Have been online for many years and started out on BBS’s where the flames flew in torrents. Hope that’s not reason enough for any sane person to quit.
