shortcut for twain-import

Hello,

I’m new here and I hope not to bore you with a question too frequently asked:

Is there any shortcut for getting twain-imports from my scanner? I use Photoshop 7.
And then: is there any way to define own shortcuts? I’ve searched in the documentary for that problem without finding a solution.
