I know how to make a transparent PNG file, but I want to write some words on the PNG file and the words should use another transparent color. How do I do that? in Photoshop or others.

Well, I know how to make the background transparent, but once I added the words in. The words have some color and not transparent.

You said copy the thing over to another transparent file. That will still make the words not transparent.

Well, I know how to make the background transparent, but once I added
the
words in. The words have some color and not transparent.

If the words are transparent, you’ll don’t see them, do you? Just make sure the layer-menu is visable and set te transparantie, maybe the color-dept also, start with both on 50%

Lower the Opacity or the Fill Opacity of the type layer before saving as PNG (use Save for Web).
