I would like to convert all images within a map to the same size. Any change photoshop can do this job automatic? Thanks in advance!

Use Actions to automate the task (it records the actions that you perform on an image). Put all the images in the one folder and then Batch process the folder with the Action you recorded. The online Help explains how to do all this (press F1) and within Help select Index and then search on the keywords of Actions and Batch.
