Loading actions in PS CS

I am trying to load an action, but the actions pallette does not have a "load actions" function. Can you help me out here? Thanks

There is a load actions as well as replace actions function on the fly out menu on the actions palette. Look for the little circle with the arrow in the upper right hand corner. Click on it for the fly out menu.
