CS2 action loading help

Is there another way to load actions other than one by one into CS2 from my CS? Can I somehow group my old actions and just load the group? Loading one by one is very time consuming. Like everything else in Photoshop, I know there is more then one way to do something.

Double clicking on the action set files in Win Explorer loads it into PS. So if you select all the sets and double click they should all load.
