Photoshop Help Opens Itself

Is anyone else having the problem where Photoshop automatically opens Photoshop Help without being instucted to??? Sometimes I will click on the effects button at the bottom of the Layers palette and bam… 5 or 6 Photoshop Help windows will pop up simoultaneously. Any solutions/patches?

That has happened to me in ver 6 and 7 with Win98SE when my system resources got too low. You running Win9x and PS ver 6 or 7? If so watch your system resources. You can run Resourse Meter in system tray to keep up with when it happens.
