PS CS Help Greyed out

HELP/Photoshop Help
is greyed out. I don’t know why. Everything else works fine. It used to be there. I don’t think I did anything.All other menus are there. Anyone have any suggestions how to get HELP back?

Is the Help folder still there inside the Photoshop folder? Have you tried trashing (resetting) preferences?
