PS CS4 PROBLEM grey screen no matter what I do PLS HELP!

So I installed PS CS4 and all updates. When I create a new file or open an existing one the window (in the PS window) which is supposed to show the photo just stays grey. At the same time that little picture in the layers tab showing a small version of the picture Ive opened is clearly visible and changes if I draw on the big one. That problem occurs both in 32 and 64 bit versions of PS. Im using windows vista x64 ultimate with latest updates and Nvidia 8800GT 512 mb with latest drivers.

P.S: this is what happens if I minimize and then maximize the PS window without doing anything else:

No just CS4 and adobe elements i have re-installed and removed all old adobe versions from my system

Running vista 32 bit with geforce 9600 gt

tengo un problema con photoshop cs4 pongo el numero de serie y asta hay todo bien pero cuando reinicio photoshop me dice que no puedo seguir utilizando ese numero de serie por que ??

espero y me puedan ayudar n.n

I have a problem with photoshop cs4 I put I number of series and spear is all good but when resumption photoshop says to me that I cannot continue using that I number of series so that

here’s what i replied (i think! :)):

call customer support for help with a serial number.

It is not good for your second link to have a porn site pop up when you click on it. If I get a virus I will be pissed.
