having a problem figuring out the best pc system for me?

open to suggestions, never used a laptop or apple replacing a amd 1500, 1 gig ddr with slow harddrive, and mx400 video card..

1, PC from Newegg parts,
2 Apple g5,
3 powerbook 1.33,
4or Toshiba hp hypertread 3.0 Power pc laptop.
uses:
Flash,photoshop, photoshop elements, fireworks, xhtml, java, database, macros *pc* applescript might work, database for sales,and contact information.. light game use…internet buisness email and downloading.

moving to intuos tablet maybe *feedback on that as well*
