Does anyone have some recommendations where to find nice digital photo frame actions? I’d like to use them in my online gallery (http://www.pbase.com/devonshire). I’ve tried a simple drop shadow action, but would like to see whats available. The shutterfreaks didn’t resonate for me, I like simple classic, elegant frames with some flexibility to adjust the presentation according to what best suits an image.

You might check out the Expert Center and go to Adobe Exchange. There are a lot of actions, and styles and such posted by users. Me? I’d go there first.
