I can’t access any of the templates using the create button. I keep getting a message telling me to download or re-intall the templates. I’ve done a re-install and complete un-install/re-install with no effect.
I’ve checked over the Forums on Adobe’s website, but no conclusive solution has been offered. Adobe blames disk management software that deletes .tmp files, but I haven’t installed any such software. Something is deleting the Adobe .tmpl files thinking they are .tmp files. Is there a setting in WinXP I need to change?
