Did you (actually that should read "you did") change the accelerator keys for "Save As"?

I note that Alt-f A used to (ps7.01) bring up the "Save As" dialog. Alt-f E brang up "Open As"

In CS, Alt-f A brings up "Open As". Alt-f V now brings up "Save As".

Highly annoying. Is there a way to change that? (I know… no.) Can it be restored in the dot update? The muscles in my fingers refuse to be retrained!

How very onomatopoeic of you, Dave.

Is that the sound a string-suspended keyboard makes when you hit it with a hammer at the proper point so as to cause it to vibrate at its primary frequency?

Actually, yes. The keyboard shortcuts are all customizable. Edit>keyboard shortcut.

Just change them to whatever you want them to be.

I know bob, but that’s not a shortcut. It’s an accelerator. There seems to be no way to change the accelerators.
