Hi…I asked this a while ago, and i followed the directions given to me…but my problem never went away.
I have Photoshop 7, and whenever i try to start Photoshop, I get a "Error Starting Program" box saying "The PHOTOSHOP.EXE file is linked to missing export ADVAPI32.DLL:GetEffectiveRightsFromAcIA". I was just wondering if there is some way to get Photoshop to start. I’ve tried reinstalling the .dll, but it was no help. Any advice would be helpful.
