JPG corrupted image completely viewable as thumbnail.

I can completely view a JPG image retrieved from a service that restored a formatted CF card. 20% of the images show only a partial image as JPG.
Is there a method to convert these corrupted partial images into the type that are viewed as complete images in both Windows XP explorer and Photoshop CS thumbnail?

nope. lost data is lost. what you’re seeing means the section of the file that contained the thumbnail was not corrupted, but other parts of the file were.
