sending e-mail on Photoshop 7

I had been using Photoshop Elements 2 and just changed to Photoshop 7. With Elements I was able to send an e-mail with an image directly from the Photoshop program. However, I do not see how to do this with Photoshop 7. Can it be done, or must I go to my e-mail program in Outlook Express and send it as an attachment from there?
